Mr. Yount's hourly rate is $200.00 per hour and a minimum of $2,000.00
per day while out-of-town. Staff agents are billed at $125.00 per hour and a minimum of $1,250.00 per day while out-of-town.

Retainers are required before the start of the investigation and are
predicated upon several factors including, but not limited to, an estimate of man hours needed to accomplish objectives and
the degree of difficulty. Our agency prefers and recommends that clients be represented by a lawyer.

The minimum fee for any investigation is $5,000.00. All potential
cases must be discussed with Mr. Yount, or his representative, either by phone or in person. Mr. Yount charges a $250.00
consultation fee, which is applied to the retainer if hired. If our firm accepts a case, the client must execute
a services agreement or letter of engagement per Virginia's Department of Criminal Justice Services.
